Shipping

Games Realm offers shipping within Australia and Worldwide. Shipping and Site Product pricing is in Australian Dollars.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Small to Extra Large flat rate boxes.

For Australian Customers we charge a flat rate fee of $14 for Standard Shipping or $18 for express.

Please note that for larger/heavier orders, we may contact you for additional charges as Shopify does not have an automated system for calculating heavier parcels.

INTERNATIONAL

For International Customers, shipping will be calculated during checkout, however, for larger orders additional fee's that cannot be automatically calculated by our ecommerce platform may apply and be requested post sale via email. All shipments will receive a tracking number. Please contact chat support should you want to know potential upcharges to shipping if you're wanting to order/preorder cases or high volume of bulkier products.

Please note that neither Games Realm nor Shopify charge import/duty tax or VAT. These charges will be incurred by customers once your orders reach customs in your respective country. Customers are responsible for all import/duty and/or VAT charges. If products are left unpaid/unattended and returned to Games Realm by customs, it shall be re-inventoried and sold again without a refund to the original customer.

If your country does not show up during checkout, please contact our chat support letting us know and we will include it as quickly as possible.

Cards sold on Games Realm be it Anime, Sports, TCG or Other Singles come in a variety of conditions. If no condition is listed on the product, then it will come in Mint/Near Mint condition, otherwise, the product will show options for M/NM, Exceelent, Very Good, Good, Average and Poor conditions depending on the stock available.

Important Note: It is important to note that we use one photo of the front of the real card of the listed card being viewed to showcase the type of card you will be getting. This photo is used generically for all conditions and does not represent the condition you will get. Running a singles business is time consuming and we cannot take photos of the front and rear of every single individual unit of every card we stock, it's just not possible.

Conditions and what they mean are stated below, if you have any concerns, please contact our chat support before ordering as all singles sales are final and non refundable.

Condition Values

Mint/Near Mint (M/NM): Cards of Mint/Near Mint condition will have next to no marks, with the tiniest to no specs on corners.

Excellent (EX): Cards of Excellent condition may have some minor white specs on a corner or two or an edge or two with possible minor sort/scratch marks. This would be minimal.

Very Good (VG): Cards of Very Good condition will have a bit more white specs and/or sort/scratch marks than Excellent condition cards.

Good (G): Cards of Good condition will have more noticeable white specs and or marks but will generally have no bends or creases.

Average (AVG): Cards of Average condition will have the highest amount of whiting on the rear, possibly on the front too, they can be considered in a similar fashion as heavily played cards.

Poor (POOR): Cards of Poor condition will be the worst condition that can be received by a buyer when using this option as the buying condition. These cards can be anywhere from bent, creased, etc. Asking for photos is your best option before purchasing.

When selecting in-store pickup during checkout, our team will process and pick your order as it is in the queue. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email, an SMS or both depending on what information you have set in your order shipping information.

Please ensure that you check your email and spam/junk folder so you don't miss your pick up notification.

Please be aware that orders for pickup are usually ready within 1-2 business days for smaller orders and within 5-10 business days for larger orders).

In-Store Pickup can only be made at our store location at 8 Firebrace Street, Horsham, Victoria and only during our opening hours of Tuesday to Thursday 3pm to 9pm or Friday to Sunday Midday to 8pm.
