Shipping

Games Realm offers shipping within Australia and Worldwide. Shipping and Site Product pricing is in Australian Dollars.

AUSTRALIA WIDE

Orders are shipped using Australia Post Small to Extra Large flat rate boxes.

For Australian Customers we charge a flat rate fee of $14 for Standard Shipping or $18 for express.

Please note that for larger/heavier orders, we may contact you for additional charges as Shopify does not have an automated system for calculating heavier parcels.

INTERNATIONAL

For International Customers, shipping will be calculated during checkout. All shipments will receive a tracking number. Please contact chat support should you want to know potential upcharges to shipping if you're wanting to order/preorder cases or high volume of bulkier products.

Please note that neither Games Realm nor Shopify charge import/duty tax or VAT. These charges will be incurred by customers once your orders reach customs in your respective country. Customers are responsible for all import/duty and/or VAT charges. If products are left unpaid/unattended and returned to Games Realm by customs, it shall be re-inventoried and sold again without a refund to the original customer.

If your country does not show up during checkout, please contact our chat support letting us know and we will include it as quickly as possible.

Games Realm offers the below preorder policy for all Australia-wide and International Customers.

1. Preorders made on Games Realm are to be considered a tentative order. Games Realm does not list preorders until we know allocations counts from distribution where it concerns products that are allocated like Pokemon, Magic, One Piece, Gundam and others, while Weiss Schwarz and Cardfight do not suffer from the same.

2. Preorder cancellations by the customer are not accepted under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE! Games Realm cannot cancel orders made with distributors and suppliers, if we accepted cancellation of orders, it could potentially lead us to major financial and reputational harm. Please be 100% sure you will maintain your order. If your child has taken your device and placed an order, that's on you.

3. Any chargebacks by customers due to us not accepting cancellations or for any other unreasonable reason will be met with any and all legal action we're permitted to take under Victorian Law.

4. For international orders, please note that a shipping quote can only be provided once the item releases and is in our possession where we can check the size, weight and location it is to be shipped to with Australia Post.

5. International Customers will have 30 days to pay the shipping fee once quoted or risk losing the item without a refund. Games Realm will happily extend this deadline if the request is made before 30 days after invoice has been sent to help customers facing financial hardship. Keep communication open and we'll definitely work with you. If over 30 days have passed without communication, your item will become property of Games Realm, you will not be permitted to a refund and the item will be re-stocked and sold.

6. Games Realm is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items through Australia Post or your country's postal service. Once orders leave our warehouse and are given to Australia Post, it stops being our responsibility. Games Realm does accept requests for Insurance Quotes to add additional Insurance for orders over $200.
